Valentyna Kyselova is a small business operator within the meaning of Section 19(1) of the German VAT Act (UStG). No VAT is therefore charged, and VAT is not shown separately on invoices.

Professional designation and professional regulations

Activity: wellness massage / mobile massage. This is neither a regulated trade nor a healthcare profession within the meaning of the German Alternative Practitioners Act (Heilpraktikergesetz). No authorisation under that Act or comparable professional licence is claimed. The designation “wellness massage practitioner” is used solely in the sense of non-medical relaxation massage.

Training in physical therapy / physiotherapy does not currently constitute a formally recognised qualification. Until formal recognition, the services are advertised and provided exclusively as wellness and relaxation services without medical claims (see also Section 6 of the terms and conditions).

Liability for content and links (where a website is operated)

As a service provider, the provider is responsible for her own content on any websites she operates under the general laws in accordance with Section 7(1) TMG. Under Sections 8 to 10 TMG, however, she is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of linked external websites.

Photographs shown in advertising materials, on social media or on a website, including before-and-after images, are for illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee or assurance of a particular treatment outcome. As the effect of a wellness massage depends on individual factors such as skin type, physique, health and frequency of use, displayed images do not establish any entitlement to a comparable result.
