How do I book an appointment?
Send me a message on WhatsApp or Instagram, or give me a call. We’ll discuss the massage you would like and find a suitable time. Your appointment becomes binding once I confirm it.
Which massage is right for me?
If you’re unsure, we can talk about what you’re looking for beforehand. Please also let me know about any health restrictions. All services are wellness and relaxation massages, without medical or therapeutic claims.
What does Lomi Lomi feel like?
Long, wave-like forearm movements, warm oil and a flowing rhythm define this massage from Hawaii. Contact is maintained throughout – almost as if you were being gently carried by waves. Lomi Lomi is an invitation to slow down, designed for relaxation rather than intensive muscle work.
Can I give a massage as a gift?
Yes. Harmony gift certificates are available in German, English and Ukrainian, in an envelope or digitally. Send me a message if you’d like to give someone a moment of care – even from afar.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by bank card through SumUp, or by bank transfer. Payment is due after the massage; if an invoice is issued, the payment period stated on it applies.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let me know as early as possible. Under the terms and conditions, cancellations less than 3 hours before the appointment incur a fee of 50% of the price; the full price is charged for a no-show without notice. Please see the terms and conditions for the full details.
